Webstore Guide
E-Commerce Solutions & Policies
At One Stone Apparel, we offer two e-commerce solutions you can provide to your clients: OSA Webstores and Custom Shopify Stores. All orders are fulfilled in-house and shipped directly to customers.
Your client simply selects the designs and garments they want to feature, and we handle the rest. Details for each online store option are outlined below.
OSA Webstores
Overview
OSA Webstores are free to set up and require no upfront stock orders. Each webstore operates on a made-to-order model: customers place orders through the store until a specified closing date, after which all items are produced in bulk.
Because of this process, order turnaround times typically range from 2–4 weeks, and all sales are final.
Your customers choose their garments and may select up to two designs, while we handle sales, payment processing, production, and order fulfilment on your behalf.
Shipping & Pricing
Your clients may choose to have all orders shipped in bulk to the school at no cost, or allow customers to pay for USPS shipping at checkout to have their orders delivered directly to their homes.
Webstore pricing is slightly higher than our standard order pricing to account for transaction fees and packaging costs.
Webstores can also be set up as fundraisers, allowing your client to receive 20% of all sales (before taxes and shipping) back as a refund check.

- Order Fulfilment: Webstore orders are delivered 2–4 weeks after the webstore closes.
- Design Limits: Each webstore is limited to 2–4 designs to ensure efficient bulk production and avoid small-run printing.
- Design Approval: All designs and product selections must be finalized before submitting a webstore request.
- Promo Items: Items like socks, lanyards, water bottles, etc do require a minimum stock order before they can be added to the webstore.
- Made to Order: All items are produced strictly to order. We do not manufacture or hold excess inventory.
- Final Sale Policy: All webstore purchases are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are available.

Custom Shopify Stores
Overview
Custom Shopify Stores are highly customizable, fully branded e-commerce solutions that give your clients an online store without the burden of managing order fulfilment.
These stores do require upfront stock orders for all products, as well as a one-time setup fee, monthly Shopify subscription fees, and order fulfilment fees.
Your client’s Shopify store is entirely theirs—all sales are processed through their own accounts, and access is fully controlled by them. Once the store is set up, OSA’s role is limited to order fulfilment, product management, and occasional site edits.
Shipping & Pricing
Unlike OSA Webstores, orders are shipped the same day—or the next business day for orders placed outside normal business hours—and delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Customers expect fast fulfilment when shopping online, and maintaining stock for all featured products allows us to meet those expectations.
Product pricing is entirely at your client’s discretion. Because all inventory is ordered and paid for upfront, 100% of sales through the Shopify store go directly to them.
This provides full control over pricing, profit margins, discounts, and promotions, as well as complete visibility into sales performance and payouts through their Shopify dashboard. OSA’s role is limited to order fulfilment, allowing your client to focus on growing and managing their store.

- Design Flexibility: Shopify stores are not limited to a specific number of designs, allowing for expanded and seasonal product offerings.
- Design Approval: All designs and product selections must be approved and finalized before inventory is ordered and the store is launched.
- Full Control: Your client is in full control of the Shopify store - pricing, branding, design, policies, shipping, etc
- Stock-Based Inventory: All products are produced and stocked in advance, enabling fast and reliable fulfilment. Inventory availability is based on remaining stock levels.
- Setup & Platform Fees: Custom Shopify Stores require a one-time setup fee, as well as ongoing monthly Shopify subscription fees, which are paid directly by the client to Shopify.
- Fulfilment Fees: All orders fulfilled by OSA do incur a fulfilment fee that covers time and packaging materials.
- Returns & Exchanges: Return and exchange policies are determined and managed by the client through their Shopify store.
- Store Design: Your client can choose from 4 templates that can be tailored to their branding.
