Where can I find the latest pricing guide?
Our pricing matrix is build into our order management system, Printavo. As you build out a quote, pricing will dynamically adjust based on the total quantities you enter. See our Printavo Guide for more information and how to generate a quote.

Where can I find lead sources and how do I claim new leads?
Please reach out to your sales manager for lead support.
How do I check the status of an existing order?
Order status can be tracked directly in Printavo through the status tag. Average turnaround time is about 7-10 days, but for an accurate update please reach out to your sales manager for more information.
How do I escalate an urgent customer issue?
Fro urgent issues regarding customers or orders, please reach out to your sales manager who will work with HQ to help resolve any issues.
